Concept-HL AMV PP-HM SN16 The Concept-HL AMV PP-HM high-load sewer pipes with wall-integrated socket connections are classified under stiffness class SN 16, compliant with DIN EN 1852-1, and approved by the German Institute for Building Technology (DIBt). They are manufactured from filler-free polypropylene (PP-HM) with a homogeneous wall structure and an enhanced modulus of elasticity (E-modulus), ensuring high ring and longitudinal stiffness as well as long-term operational reliability. This fully sealed, root-resistant solid wall system features the innovative "AMV" joint geometry, providing exceptional operational security and a system tightness of 2.5 bar as specified in DIN EN 1277. These pipes are resistant to municipal wastewater and suitable for use in drinking water protection zones II and III. They can also withstand operating temperatures of up to 90 degrees Celsius. A smooth external surface, including the connection areas, facilitates installation without the need for additional work on pipe bedding. The consistent outer diameter allows for uniform installation at the same level. Additionally, Concept-HL pipe systems are environmentally friendly and fully recyclable. They offer excellent abrasion resistance and operational reliability, making them a dependable solution for demanding applications. Key Benefits: • Uniform installation due to consistent outer diameter Source: www.schoengen.de |
