Concept-HL MRS 2.0 Thrust Pipe PP-HM

The Concept-HL thrust pipe, Type MRS 2.0, is a sewage thrust pipe made from filler-free polypropylene, compliant with DIN EN 1852-1. It features a robust multi-raster welded connection with minimal welding time and no inner weld bead. Pipe fixation during the cooling phase is not required.

The Concept-HL series is produced in a camera-compatible, inspection-friendly green color. The pipes are resistant to high-pressure jet cleaning, corrosion-resistant against municipal wastewater with a pH range of 2 to 12, and meet the requirements of DIN EN 476. Approved by the German Institute for Construction Technology (DIBt) under procedure number Z-42.1-349, this thrust pipe series also meets system tightness standards for higher internal pressure in accordance with DIN EN 1277, making it ideal for installation in drinking water protection zones II and III.
