Concept-HL MRV Propulsion Pipe PP-HM The Concept-HL propulsion pipe type MRV is a jacking pipe for wastewater applications, made from filler-free polypropylene (PP-HM) according to DIN EN 1852-1. It features a tension-resistant multi-raster connection, with a smooth inner and outer surface and a connection integrated into the pipe wall that includes two securely fixed sealing rings. The Concept-HL range is produced in an inspection-friendly green color, designed to be compatible with camera inspections. These pipes are resistant to high-pressure cleaning, corrosion-resistant against municipal wastewater with a pH range of 2 to 12, and meet the requirements of DIN EN 476. Under approval number Z-42.1-349, these jacking pipes are certified by the German Institute for Construction Technology (DIBt). Additionally, this pipe range fulfills the system tightness certification under higher internal pressure according to DIN EN 1277, making it ideally suited for installation in drinking water protection zones II and III. |
