Bei der Tiefenentwässerung im Gleisbau müssen Sickerrohre extremen Belastungen standhalten. Unter Verwendung von hochwertigem Polypropylen und einer optimierten Profilgeometrie bieten wir ein extrem robustes Sickerrohr für die Entwässerung von Bahnanlagen.

Das Sickerleitungsrohr RailPipe erfüllt als erstes Verbundrohr alle Standards und Anforderungen der Deutschen Bahn AG und besitzt die Herstellerbezogenen Produktqualifikationen (HPQ) für den Einsatz in allen Druckbereichen des Gleiskörpers.

RailPipe erfüllt die extrem hohen Anforderungen der Bahn an die Schlagzähigkeit sowie an die Dauerbiegeschwellfestigkeit. Durch seine Kreisform und die glatte Innenfläche entsteht ein hydraulisch und instandhaltungstechnisch günstiger Querschnitt.

Teilsicker-, Vollsicker- und Mehrzweckrohr SN 16 aus PP in bewährter Verbundrohrbauweise (außen gewellt, innen glatt), gemäß DIN 4262-1 Typ R2 und DIN 13476. Erfüllt die speziellen Anforderungen der DBS 918064 der Deutschen Bahn AG.
